"It was a joy to see Chip Franks every day with his radiant smile. this alone made me feel joyful. I did it wherever and whenever I wanted to. It was handy short and I could do the exercises at every time.
I love that there was nothing mystical about it. Just simple tasks with a great impact.
I appreciated the most to think about appreciating an obstacle or challenge. Of course, it happened to me during this week to face challenges, obstacles, so-called problems.
